Inbound
SHIPBA team will conduct a complete inspection and verification of the product’s correctness upon its arrival at the warehouse and thenproduce a barcode to identify the product. After that, we will submit the product information to the system
for future tracking and inspection. These strict procedures enable the system to efficiently verify the number and date of entry of the items for correctness and precision.
Store
We systematically store items with appropriate product categorization for quick searching by linking to the standardized WMS (Warehouse Management System). As a result, the system can identify the location of the product storage, the inbound
product date, the period of storage, the expiration date, the product movement, and the product quantity for efficient and accurate stock management.
Order Picking
SHIPBA implemented a barcode system for each order pickup to increase accuracy. The system will indicate the location and amount of products that must be picked up and packed in each order. Furthermore, inventory management systems are used to identify theproper manner of picking products in a variety of
formats to improve operations efficiencies, such as First In First Out (FIFO) and First Expire First Out (FEFO).
Order Packing
SHIPBA’s qualified packaging personnel will professionally box your merchandise. The staff will always examine the product condition and correctness before packing, using knowledge and specialized training. The items are then carefully packed. In addition, the parcel address is constantly checked before and
after printing, ensuring that each order is safe and delivered correctly based on the product type.
Shipping
Because proper and safe shipping is fundamental to the SHIPBA team’s job, we always do a two-step inspection to ensure the accuracy before shipment:
1.Verifying the number of shipping items.
2.Inspection prior to transit to assure delivery correctness and
checking the packaging safety to verify that there will be no damage during transit.
Security System
